Below you'll see a list of the resources that may be useful for requesting insurance cover. Most you won't need!

The simple first step is to have your provider (doctor, nurse, etc.) write a Letter of Medical Necessity, to submit an order. To make it as easy as possible for them, a template Letter of Medical Necessity can be downloaded here (you can just send them the download link: www.buttonhuggies.com/lmn ) 

Then the best next step while they're doing that, is to connect your DME to us at insurance@buttonhuggies.com (just put us both on an intro email!)
